Job Title Maintenance Assistant Location Salem, OH Department Maintenance FLSA Status Non-Exempt Reports to Circle of Care Shifts hiring Part-time APPLY TODAY AND BECOME PART OF OUR GREAT TEAM!!!!!Position SummaryThe Driver/Maintenance Assistant will be involved in assisting residents to appointments and scheduling with staff for all transportation to appointments as well special activity events when needed.
Job duties will also include assisting maintenance director as needed.
Physical Requirements and Environmental Conditions Must meet the general health requirements set forth by the policies of the facility which include a medical and physical examination.
Must be able to relate to and work with those who are ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset and at times hostile, within the facility.
Exposure to blood and body fluids, communicable diseases, chemicals, and repetitive motions Full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients.
Requires light to moderate work with 50 pounds maximum weight to lift and carry.
May be necessary to assist in the evacuation of residents during emergency situations Must have a good driving record.
