Summary:
Take part in the Ohio Ag Equipment college program at the University of Northwestern Ohio and work as a student intern at the Salem location throughout the college program.
The program is developed to educate students to become top-performing service technicians.
The program consists of completion of an associate degree in Agriculture Equipment Technology at UNOH under a sponsorship of Ohio Ag Equipment.
College - Students will go through a specialized curriculum at UNOH, maintain a favorable grade point, and graduate successfully.
Ensure all classes are passed successfully and conduct oneself professionally as a representative of Ohio Ag Equipment on campus.
Students will learn and understand all aspects of agriculture equipment including:
Repair and rebuild of complex machinery components.
The ability to work with electronic diagnostic equipment.
Operational skills of computer bases technician reference manuals.
Starting pay $20.
00 per hour also including tuition reimbursement, up to $875 per session will be paid to the student at the end of each session based on student's GPA scale below:

Experience:
Basic diesel knowledge and experience Strong capacity for learning Excellent communication skills Team and career-oriented Actively enrolled in an agriculture degree program is preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Lifting/Carrying 40 lb.
Lift/Carry and 50lb pull Standing/Sitting Up and down stairs, standing, sitting, and climbing into machines Dexterity Normal Repetitive Motions Frequent movement requiring hands, wrists, and fingers.
The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
